Frequently asked questions

The basics: how to search and save, what the coloured listing labels mean, and how advertising works on Vistario.

What Vistario is

What is Vistario?

Vistario is a marketplace for coastal and holiday property abroad. You can buy, resell, or take long-term lets, with the site in Czech and English. We focus on buyers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and on advertisers who want to reach them.

Which destinations appear on Vistario?

The product is centred on Mediterranean/coastal hotspots (Spain, Croatia, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Cyprus, and expanding). Exactly what appears depends on advertisers’ live listings — use country/city filters to see published stock today.

Is Vistario available in Czech and English?

Yes. Switch UI (and transactional emails tied to preferences) via the locale control in the header or during onboarding; the preference is remembered for subsequent visits.

Account and search

Is buyer registration free?

Yes. A buyer account is free, including saved lists and saved searches. Advertisers follow separate rules and often pay for slots or services depending on how they use their profile.

How do I register or log in?

Click sign-in in the header. Register with email and password or use Google or Apple. After signup you must verify your email using the link we send; without that, the account is not finished.

How does search work?

On the listings view you combine facets: transaction type (buy/invest/long rent/short rent), property type, country, budget range, beds/baths, amenities, keywords, and maps. Save individual cards to lists or save the filter set as alerts.

Which property types are listed?

Typical taxonomy includes flats, houses, villas, land, plus specialist tags supplied by advertisers. The precise surface area comes from whoever publishes the listing.

What do listing product types mean?

Each listing has a coloured badge so you recognise the type at a glance. Investment sale: blue badge (investment builds, staged payments). Resale: gold badge (standard sale of an existing home). Long-term rent: green badge (monthly living). Short-term rent: red badge (seasonal or short stays). Always read the listing text and terms for details.

Listings and contact

How do I contact an advertiser?

Open the listing detail and use whichever touch points the advertiser published (calls, WhatsApp-style links, contact forms). Contractual due diligence stays between you and the counterparty — Vistario facilitates discovery plus first-touch messaging where enabled.

What does “Verified advertiser” mean?

Our team checked the advertiser’s identity and profile (including company ID where applicable). A complete profile without the badge means required fields are filled — not automatic verification. Vistario is not party to the deal; you contract directly with the advertiser.

Are listings always up to date?

Advertisers maintain live data continuously, yet availability, headline price, legal status, or marketing copy may shift without instantly refreshing your bookmarked snapshots. Confirm material facts immediately before committing.

Shared lists

How do shared lists work?

Save a search and share it: send an email invite to work on the same criteria together, or send a copy with separate alerts. One saved search can have up to 10 members, and only users with a verified email can send invites. You can own up to 10 saved property lists at once.

Advertising

How do I advertise on Vistario?

Switch to the advertiser area from the header or open vistario.eu/en/advertiser, register as an advertiser, and complete your profile. After approval you publish listings, manage your public page, see stats and buyer leads, use slots, and optionally import in bulk. More detail lives in the help inside the advertiser account.
